Turkish Flatbread with Rustic Filling
A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread filled with a rustic mixture of cheese, herbs, and spices.
Ingredients

- β1 cup, crumbled Rustic cheese
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh parsley
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the flatbread to a thickness of about 1/4 inch (6 mm).

Mix the crumbled cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Spread the rustic cheese mixture evenly over the flatbread, leaving a 1/2 inch (1 cm) border around the edges.

Fold the flatbread in half to enclose the filling, and press the edges together to seal.

Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
