- β1 cup kisircrushed wheat
- β2 cups, chopped kalesilky green
- β1 cup, chopped romaine lettuceoptional
- β2 tablespoons lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 tablespoons olive oiluse a neutral-tasting oil
- β1 clove, minced garlicoptional
- β1 teaspoon cuminground
- βto taste saltpreferably flaky sea salt
