Australian Beef Burger
A classic beef burger with a rustic twist, featuring roasted australian beef and topped with your favorite condiments.
Ingredients
- β4 Rustic Burger Bunspreferably homemade
- β4 Roasted Australian Beef Pattiesseasoned with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs
- β1 kg Australian Beefminced and mixed with egg and breadcrumbs
- β8 slices Cheddar Cheeseoptional
- β1 head Lettuceshredded
- β2 Tomatoessliced
- β1 Onionsthinly sliced
- β1 cup Picklessliced
- β1 cup Mayonnaiseor your favorite condiment

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Form the Australian beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.

3. Add the patties to the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

4. Meanwhile, toast the rustic burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

5. Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty, a slice of cheese (if using), a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, an onion slice, and a few slices of pickle.
