Peking Flatbread Sticks with Spicy Dipping Sauce
Crispy flatbread sticks served with a spicy dipping sauce, a twist on traditional Chinese street food.

- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β2 cloves minced garlic
- β1 tablespoon minced ginger
- β2 tablespoons sambal oelek
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β1 teaspoon sesame oil
- β1/4 cup scallions, chopped
