Spicy Korean Lentil Jjigae
A hearty and flavorful Korean-style stew made with lentils and a variety of spices, featuring a bold and spicy kick.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 tablespoon Ginger
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Korean Chili Flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 cup Rough Chopped Cabbage
- β1 cup Rough Chopped Carrots
- β1 cup Frozen Korean Kimchi

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ginger and garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the chili flakes and cook for 1 minute.

Add the lentils, soy sauce, cabbage, carrots, and kimchi. Stir to combine.
