Robust Poblano Burrito

- β2 Roasted Poblano Peppers
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Chili Powder
- β1/2 tsp Salt
- β1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- β4 large Tortillas
- β1 cup Shredded Cheese

2. Roast the poblano peppers for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
