Borshch Stew
A hearty and flavorful Ukrainian stew made with beef and vegetables.

Ingredients

- β2 medium beetspeeled and chopped
- β1 can white beansdrained and rinsed

- β2 tablespoons tomato pasteoptional
- β1 packet stew soup mixoptional
- β2 tablespoons white vinegaroptional
- β4 cups wateror beef broth
