Beet Tagine Beef Kabobs
A Japanese-inspired twist on traditional tagine, featuring marinated beet and beef kabobs grilled to perfection.

- β2 medium, peeled and chopped beet
- β1 tablespoon dutchDutch mustard
- β2 tablespoons tagine spice blend
- β1 tablespoon robustRobust red wine
- β1 tablespoon rawRaw honey
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1/4 cup, chopped green onion
- β1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- β2 tablespoons cooking oilFor brushing kabobs

2. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Dutch mustard, and robust red wine. Add chopped beets and let marinate for 30 minutes.
