Roasted Oysters Tagine
A flavorful and exotic dish combining roasted oysters with the rich spices of Arabian tagine. This recipe serves as a perfect appetizer or main course.
Ingredients
- β12-16 oysters
- β2 roasted red pepperdiced
- β1 onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp corianderground
- β.5 tsp paprikasmoked
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the oysters and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Stir in the ground cumin, coriander, and smoked paprika.

Add the diced roasted red pepper and cook for 2 minutes.

Arrange the oysters in a baking dish and spoon the onion mixture over them.
