Turkish Kunefe: A Richly Flaky Pastry with Sweet Cheese

- ●250g Richly flavored cheesesuch as akkawi or neufchâtel
- ●100g Turkish delightor other sweet treat of your choice
- ●50g Butterunsalted
- ●1 tbsp Honeyoptional
- ●a pinch Ground cinnamonoptional

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the kunefe pastry into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes.

Place the cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the butter over the pastry cubes.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

While the pastry is baking, crumble the cheese into a bowl.

Once the pastry is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
