Smoky Rye Baked Fish

- β2 tablespoons rich fish saucesuch as nam pla
- β1/2 cup rye flourfor dusting
- β1 tablespoon bakesuch as soy sauce or oyster sauce

- β1 tablespoon brown sugaroptional
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oilfor greasing the baking sheet

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.

Dust the rye flour on a plate.

Place the smoked fish on the plate and coat both sides with rye flour.
