Moroccan Lamb Tagine

Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs lamb shoulderCut into 2-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp tagine spice blend
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 large onionDiced
- β3 cloves garlicMinced
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β1 can canned diced tomatoes
- β1/4 cup prunes
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleyChopped
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantroChopped

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
