Kung Pao Pork Casserole
A Chinese-inspired casserole featuring rich, roasted pork, tossed in a spicy sauce and topped with roasted polish sausage.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, shredded Rich roasted pork
- β1/2 pound, sliced Polish sausage
- β1 medium, diced Onion
- β1 medium, diced Bell pepper
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1/4 cup Kung pao sauce
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β2 cups, uncooked Rice

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced Polish sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the Kung pao sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer.

Add the shredded pork to the skillet and stir to combine.
