Spicy Lentil Stew

- β1 medium onionchopped

- β2 chipotle peppers in adobo saucediced
- β1 teaspoon cuminground
- β2 tablespoons tomato pastedried
- β1 cup diced tomatoescanned
- β2 cups vegetable brothlow-sodium
