Spicy Korean Sausage and Kimchi Pancake
A spicy Korean-inspired twist on the classic pancake, featuring rich, savory sausage and crispy kimchi.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Kimchi
- β1 cup White rice flour
- β2 Rich egg
- β1/2 cup Water
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Gochujang
- β1/4 cup Green onions

In a large bowl, whisk together rice flour, water, egg, soy sauce, and gochujang until smooth.

Add kimchi and Korean sausage to the bowl and stir until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the batter onto the skillet or griddle.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set.
