Traditional Polish Pierogi Recipe
A classic Polish recipe for homemade pierogi filled with potatoes and cheese. Perfect as a side dish or main course.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Rich, flaky polish doughUse a food processor to mix dough ingredients.
- β2 large PotatoesBoil potatoes until tender.
- β1 cup Cheese (such as farmer's cheese or ricotta)Mix with potatoes for filling.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of dough ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.

Roll out each piece of dough into a thin circle.

Place a tablespoon of the potato and cheese filling in the center of each dough circle.

Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together to seal the pierogi.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Carefully add the pierogi to the boiling water.
