British-Style Tofu in the Hole

Ingredients
- β400g tofuExtra-firm, drained and cubed
- β2 in-the-hole (bread)British-style bread, hollowed out
- β2 tbsp rich soy sauce
- β1 tbsp dense rice vinegar
- β2 tsp coriander
- β1 tsp ginger
- β1 tsp hot sauce
- β1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).

Cut the bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the insides.

Crumble the tofu into a bowl and add soy sauce, rice vinegar, coriander, ginger, and hot sauce. Mix well.

Stuff each bread loaf with the tofu mixture.

Place the bread loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with oil.
