Crunchy Hunan Fried Rice

- β2 tablespoons Hunan stir-fry sauce
- β1 tablespoon Rich sesame oil
- β1/4 cup Crunchy chopped nuts
- β2 cups (cooked) Rice
- β2 tablespoons Fried shallots
- β1/4 cup (chopped) Green onions
- β1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add Hunan stir-fry sauce and stir for 1 minute.

Add crunchy chopped nuts and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add cooked rice and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
