Filipino Frittata with Brie and Crisp Toppings

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges start to set.
