Italian Frittata
A classic Italian breakfast dish made with eggs, cheese, and vegetables, perfect for a weekend brunch.
Ingredients

- ● 1/2 cup brie cheese, crumbled
- ● 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleychopped

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped parsley and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and a pinch of salt.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked parsley in the skillet.

Sprinkle the crumbled brie cheese over the top of the eggs.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

Remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Use a spatula to carefully loosen the edges of the frittata from the skillet.
