Blackberry Gratin
A sweet and tangy dessert featuring fresh blackberries and a crunchy malaysian-inspired topping.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Fresh Blackberries
- β1 cup Malaysian-Style Panko Breadcrumbs
- β1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- β4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- β1 Egg, beaten
- β1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- β1 teaspoon Gratin Seasoning

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a separate bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, sugar, and grated parmesan cheese.

In a separate bowl, whisk the beaten egg and add to the breadcrumb mixture. Mix until well combined.

Add the unsalted butter to the breadcrumb mixture and mix until the butter is evenly distributed.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange the fresh blackberries in an even layer.

Pour the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the blackberries.
