Ingredients
- β500g Grana Stew MeatCut into 2-inch cubes
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tsp Rejuvenating Herbs
- β2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- β1 cup Beef BrothHomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup Grana ParmesanShredded

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high.

Brown the meat in batches, then set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and cook the onion until softened.

Add garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the rejuvenating herbs, tomato paste, and beef broth.

Return the browned meat to the pot and bring to a boil.
