Lentil and Algerian Stew Bowl

Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1 teaspoon Coriander
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- β2 cups Reduced vegetable broth
- β1 teaspoon Algerian stew spice blend
- β1 teaspoon Salt

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the cumin, coriander, and Algerian stew spice blend and cook for 1 minute.
