Tofu Tagine

Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) tofudrained and cubed
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves gingerminced
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1/2 tsp cinnamon
- β1/2 tsp turmeric
- β1/4 tsp chili powder
- βto taste salt

Instructions

Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, and chili powder, and cook for 1 minute.

Add the tofu and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
