Savory Kachori Buns
A Chinese twist on the Indian street food, these crispy buns are filled with a flavorful and savory mixture of herbs and spices.
Ingredients
- β4 Kachoripre-cooked and crumbled
- β4 Bunsstore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup Quietlysoy sauce
- β1/4 cup Juicysesame oil
- β1 tsp Indian spicescurry powder, cumin powder, coriander powder
- β1/4 cup Chopped scallionsfor garnish
- β1 tsp Sesame seedsfor garnish
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the sesame oil and quietly to the pan and stir until combined.

Add the crumbled kachori and cook for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.

Add the curry powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder to the pan and stir for 1 minute.

Split the buns in half and toast until lightly browned.

Assemble the buns by spooning the kachori mixture onto the bottom half and topping with the top half.
