- β4 cups sliced Quickly cooked portobello mushrooms
- β1 cup Shattering pomegranate seeds
- β4 Syrian inspired pita bread
- β1 pound Lamb substitute (seitan)marinated in a mix of olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs
- β1 cup Vegan tzatziki sauce
- β1 cup Chopped cucumber
- β1 cup Chopped tomato
- β1/4 cup chopped Fresh parsley
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
