Peruvian Tuna Bowl

- β1/4 cup Suspiro SauceStore-bought or homemade
- β1/2 cup Peruvian Corn KernelsFresh or frozen
- β1/4 cup Red OnionThinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Fresh CilantroChopped
- β2 tablespoons Lime JuiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 tablespoon Olive OilFor searing tuna
