- β1 can Canned Tuna (replaced with Vegan alternative)use a vegan tuna alternative like tofu or tempeh
- β1 cup Lima Beanscooked according to package instructions
- β1 cup Quinoacooked according to package instructions
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantrofreshly chopped
- β2 tbsp Peruvian-Style Hot Saucemake sure it is vegan-friendly
- β2 tbsp Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions

Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.

Heat the Peruvian-Style Hot Sauce in a pan over medium heat.

Add the cooked lima beans and stir to combine.
