Quick Malaysian Almond Stir Fry
A fast and flavorful Chinese-inspired stir fry made with crunchy almonds and your choice of protein. Serve over steamed vegetables or rice for a nutritious meal.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Almondssliced
- β2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Honey
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- β1/4 cup Scallionschopped

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
