- β2 tsp Quick Jamaican Curry Powder
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 medium, diced Onion
- β1 medium, diced Red bell pepper
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 cups, diced Tomato
- β1 can (14 oz) Coconut milk
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add diced onion and red bell pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
