Korean Spring Pancakes
Crispy and savory Korean-style pancakes filled with springy ingredients.

- β1 cup Spring onions
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes
- β1 cup Flourgluten-free
- β1/2 cup Batterhomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup Water
- β1 tsp Salt
- β2 tbsp Quick fix oil
- β1 tsp Fixing seasonings

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, and salt.

Add Korean chili flakes and mix well.

Add batter and mix until smooth.

Heat 1 inch of Quick fix oil in a large non-stick pan.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the batter into the pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
