Thai Pineapple Skewers
A simple and sweet Thai-inspired appetizer or snack featuring marinated pineapple and quaint Australian shrimp, grilled to perfection on skewers.
Ingredients

- β1 pineapplecubed
- β1/4 cup yeastyThai red curry paste
- β2 tbsp quaintfish sauce
- β12 skewerswooden or bamboo

1. In a large bowl, whisk together yeasty, quaint, and 2 tbsp of water to make a marinade.

2. Add the Australian shrimp to the marinade and mix until they are well coated.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

5. Thread the marinated shrimp and cubed pineapple onto the skewers.
