Peruvian Beef Anticuchos
Grilled beef skewers, marinated in a zesty Peruvian sauce, served as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beef (thinly sliced)
- β2 peruvian chili peppersdiced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons vinegar
- β1 teaspoon black pepper
- β2 tablespoons oilvegetable oil

In a blender or food processor, combine the chili peppers, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Heat the oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the blended mixture and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Thread 4-6 pieces of beef onto each skewer.

Brush the skewers with the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated.

Grill the skewers over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
