Beef Anticuchos with a Twist
A fusion of Peruvian anticuchos and Chinese flavors, these beef skewers are a unique twist on a classic dish.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beefthinly sliced beef (such as flank steak)
- β2 tablespoons quaintsoy sauce (or to taste)
- β2 tablespoons peruvianaji amarillo pepper paste (or to taste)
- β1 tablespoon anticuchosPeruvian anticuchos seasoning (or to taste)
- β1 tablespoon brown sugaror to taste
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup vegetable oilfor brushing
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped (for garnish)
- β4 lime wedgesfor serving

2. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, aji amarillo pepper paste, and Peruvian anticuchos seasoning.

3. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and toss to coat.

5. Brush the grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
