Chicken Pungent Casserole
A hearty and flavorful casserole made with chicken, spring vegetables, and a blend of cheeses.
Ingredients

- ●2 medium Spring carrots
- ●2 medium Roasted bell peppers
- ●1 cup Italian cheese blend
- ●8 oz Casserole pasta

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, sauté the onion and carrots until tender.
