Thai Chicken Casserole
A fusion of Thai flavors with a classic casserole. Pungent and aromatic, this dish is perfect for adventurous eaters.

- β1 cup roasted red peppers
- β1 pound chicken breast
- β1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- β3 cloves pungent garlic
- β1/4 cup coconut oil
- β1 cup rice noodles
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium heat.
