Beef Russian Casserole
A hearty casserole dish featuring seared beef in a savory Russian-inspired sauce, topped with a crispy crust.

- ●1 packet Pungent Mushroom Gravy Mix Russian-style
- ●2 cups Beef Brothlow sodium
- ●1 cup Heavy Creamfor sauce
- ●2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flourfor thickening

- ●1 teaspoon Saltkosher
- ●1/2 teaspoon Black Pepperfreshly ground

Season the beef with salt and pepper.

Sear the beef in a large pan over medium-high heat until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the mixture from the gravy mix until fragrant.
