Mediterranean Beef Bake

- β1.5 lbs Beef (1.5 lbs)sirloin or ribeye
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil (1/4 cup)for brushing
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juice (2 tbsp)freshly squeezed
- β3 cloves Garlic (3 cloves)minced
- β1/2 cup Feta Cheese (1/2 cup)crumbly
- β1 cup Tomato (1 cup)diced
- β1/2 cup Kalamata Olives (1/2 cup)pitted
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup)chopped
- β Salt (to taste)
- β Pepper (to taste)
