Stilton and Plush Pho

- β2 oz Stilton cheese
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
- β4 Lime wedges
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β1 tsp Ginger
- β1 tsp Garlic
