Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza
A vegetarian flatbread pizza topped with Mediterranean flavors and pickled vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 sheet Flatbread
- β1/2 cup Mediterranean pickled vegetables
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- β1/2 cup Feta cheese
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βto taste Red pepper flakes

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Roll out the flatbread to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Spread the olive oil evenly over the flatbread, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.

Sprinkle the minced garlic over the olive oil.

Top the flatbread with the Mediterranean pickled vegetables, feta cheese, and chopped parsley.

Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
