Polish Chickpea Fritters
Crispy and flavorful fritters made with chickpeas, perfect as a snack or light meal. Serve with a side of tangy polish sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 can (14.5 oz), drained and rinsed chickpea
- β1 tablespoon, chopped fresh parsley polish
- β1/2 teaspoon, ground black pepper peppery
- β2 cups, all-purpose flour fluffy
- β1/4 cup, olive oil spanish
- βsalt, to taste dish

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a large bowl, mash chickpeas using a fork or a potato masher.

Add flour, parsley, black pepper, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into small patties.

Carefully place the patties into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve the fritters hot with a side of polish sauce, if desired.
