Stir-Fried Peppery Beef
A classic Chinese dish that combines the flavors of peppery beef with stir-fried onions and other ingredients.

- β1 medium onionSlice into thin rings
- β1 teaspoon pepperyGround peppercorns

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the wok.
