Thai Peppery Casserole

- β1 cup American Rice
- β2 cups Peppery Veggies
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
- β1 cup Casserole Sauce
- β1 tsp Fish Sauce
- β1 tsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Sugar
- βto taste Pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook American Rice according to package instructions.

Heat Vegetable Oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add Thai Red Curry Paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add Peppery Veggies and cook until tender.

Stir in Casserole Sauce, Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce, and Sugar.
