Lamb Satay
A traditional Malaysian dish of marinated meat skewers, typically served with spicy peanut sauce. This recipe is perfect for a dinner party or special occasion.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β1 tablespoon Coriander
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, coconut milk, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and coriander.

3. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat.

4. Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

5. Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
