Wood Fired Penne Pasta
A rustic Italian dish featuring penne pasta baked to perfection in a wood-fired oven. This recipe combines the smoky flavors of the oven with the simplicity of a classic pasta dish.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1/4 cup Fresh basilChopped
- β2 cups Wood-fired cherry tomatoesHalved
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- βto taste Salt

Preheat wood-fired oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, olive oil, chopped basil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Add halved cherry tomatoes to the bowl and toss to combine.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a Dutch oven or a large cast-iron skillet.
