Slovakian Beef Burger
A hearty Slovakian-inspired beef burger with roasted flavors. Perfect for a cold evening.
Ingredients
- β4 Beef burgers (80/20)4 patties
- β1 large Roasted onionthinly sliced
- β2 Roasted bell peppersthinly sliced
- β4 Slovakian bread rollsfor serving
- β4 slices Cheddar cheesefor serving
- β2 tablespoons Butterfor burger buns
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Slice the onion and bell peppers into thin rounds.

3. Place the onion and bell peppers on a baking sheet, drizzle with a little oil and roast for 20 minutes.

4. While the vegetables are roasting, form the beef burgers and season with salt and pepper.

5. Grill the beef burgers in a preheated oven for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

6. Meanwhile, toast the Slovakian bread rolls on the grill or in the oven.
