Norwegian Lamb Kebabs

- β1.5 pounds Lamb Shoulder, Cut into 1-inch Cubes
- β1 large Norwegian Red Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary

- β1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
