German-Style Norwegian Lamb Kebabs
A delicious and flavorful kebab dish made with Norwegian lamb, inspired by traditional German cuisine.
Ingredients
- β500g Norwegian lamb shoulder
- β2 Red bell pepper
- β2 Zucchini
- β1 Red onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tbsp German-style seasoning mix
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).

Cut the lamb shoulder into 1.5 inch cubes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the German-style seasoning mix, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.

Thread the lamb cubes, red bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion onto skewers.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the kebabs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
