Malaysian-Style Baked Chicken
A flavorful and moist baked chicken dish inspired by Malaysian cuisine. Marinated in a blend of Asian spices and herbs, this chicken is sure to become a favorite.

- ●1/4 cup coconut oil
- ●2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ●1 tablespoon fish sauce
- ●1 tablespoon honey
- ●2 cloves garlicminced

In a blender or food processor, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth.

Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and brush the marinade all over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving enough room for the chicken to fit comfortably. Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
