Greek Lamb Kebabs

- β500g Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesMake sure to trim excess fat
- β100g Greek yogurtFor marinating
- β2 tbsp Lemon juiceFor marinating
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β1 tsp Paprika
- β1 medium Red onion, sliced
- β1 medium Bell pepper, sliced
- β1 medium Zucchini, sliced

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
